Join us for an intensive three-day track sprint camp at the Rock Hill Velodrome, designed specifically for track sprinters looking to improve their explosive power, racecraft, and top-end speed. Whether you’re an experienced racer or looking to fine-tune your sprinting skills, this camp will give you the tools to take your racing to the next level.
Camp Overview

- Location: Rock Hill Velodrome (Rock Hill, SC)
- Cost:
- $275 for full 3-day camp
- $125 per single-day session
- $100 deposit required to secure your spot (limited availability)

Daily Schedule & Focus Areas
🔹 Day 1: Starts & Acceleration (Friday, May 16 | 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM)
- Standing Starts (No Gate)
- Rolling Starts & Acceleration Drills (30m, 60m, 100m sprints)
- Video Analysis Using Dartfish
- Post-Session Race Prep Discussion
🔹 Day 2: Sprint Tactics & Racecraft (Saturday, May 17 | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
(Following Grassroots Racing – Coaches will analyze riders during match sprints.)
- Tactical Sprinting (Lead-outs, Timing, Positioning)
- Match Sprint Rounds
- Feints, Blocks & Defensive Moves
- Post-Session Tactical Adjustments & Race Strategy Discussion
🔹 Day 3: Top-End Speed & Strength Endurance (Sunday, May 18 | 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM)
- Flying 200m Efforts (Refining the Qualifying Run)
- Over-speed Training (Motor-Pacing, High-Cadence Drills)
- Sprint Simulation Races (2-up, 3-up formats)
- Nutrition / Recovery & Strength Training Discussion
- Final Takeaways & Long-Term Sprint Development
