1. Initial Consultation Call
We start with a one-on-one phone consultation to discuss your health, performance goals, and current lifestyle habits. This foundational conversation ensures that your program is tailored to meet your unique needs and aspirations.

2. Establishing Baselines and Assessments
We evaluate your current training routine, sleep patterns, dietary habits, and any available data like HRV or body composition. If you choose to add blood biomarker testing through Athlete Blood Test or Viome, you’ll receive an at-home test kit with results in as little as two weeks, providing over 20 health scores for deeper insights.

3. HRV and Circadian Rhythm Integration
Leveraging the HRV4Training app and Pro subscription, we track your heart rate variability to monitor recovery and readiness. Insights into your circadian rhythm help optimize your sleep and daily energy cycles, ensuring your training aligns with your natural rhythms.

4. Personalized Wellness Recommendations
