Your nutrition strategy is uniquely tailored to fit your needs, goals, and lifestyle. This strategy optimizes your macronutrient ratios, meal timing, and hydration to support peak performance and recovery. Clients are provided with the opportunity to email me up to twice a month for additional support or questions beyond our regular check-ins. In addition, you’ll have access to unlimited texting for more immediate or brief communications. This structured approach ensures that you have the necessary channels to seek guidance and stay on track, while maintaining a clear and organized flow of communication.
Each month, we’ll have a dedicated in-depth consultation to thoroughly review your progress, discuss any challenges, and refine your nutrition strategy as needed. This session provides a valuable opportunity to dive deeper into your performance data, training adjustments, and evolving goals. By taking a comprehensive look at your progress, we ensure that your plan remains aligned with your needs and continues to support your journey towards peak performance.
Weekly check-ins are conducted via email, where you’ll provide updates on your training performance, energy levels, recovery, and dietary adherence. Based on the information you share, I will review your progress and offer personalized feedback and adjustments to keep your nutrition strategy aligned with your evolving goals. This approach ensures consistent monitoring and timely tweaks to your plan, keeping you on track towards peak performance.
Our Step-by-Step Approach
1. Initial Consultation Call
We start with a one-on-one phone consultation to understand your goals, training demands, and any health considerations. This conversation lays the foundation for your personalized nutrition strategy.
2. Establishing Baselines and Assessments
We assess your current training regimen, dietary habits, and any available data like body composition analysis (e.g., DXA scan, InBody, or smart scale measurements). This helps us gather key information on your baseline metrics.
3. Determining Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE)
Using proven methodologies and your specific data, we calculate your TDEE to understand your daily energy requirements. This ensures that your nutrition strategy is accurately aligned with your energy expenditure.
4. Macronutrient Breakdown & Nutrient Requirements
Based on your lean muscle mass, training intensity, and goals, we create a personalized macronutrient breakdown. This includes optimized ratios of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats to fuel performance and recovery.
5. Tracking & Logging
You’ll utilize apps like MacroFactor to track your food intake and progress. This step enables both you and your coach to monitor adherence, adjust as needed, and stay informed of your results in real-time.
6. Ongoing Monitoring & Adjustments
We continuously review your progress through weekly check-ins and monthly consultations. Adjustments are made based on your data, feedback, and evolving goals to ensure your plan remains effective and aligned.
